Fleet/Lease Department
Our Fleet/ Lease department is able to provide our customers with electronic condition reports (complete with digital photos), use of AutoIMS as desired, OnLine Ringman in all Fleet/ Lease lanes, mechanical test drive and repair services, estimate writers for paint and body work, a variety of sublet reconditioning services (windshields, tires, etc.), a transportation department to coordinate the shipping of vehicles, 24-hour seller check processing and electronic funds transfers, and other customized services to our clients as requested. If we haven't done it yet, just ask. As an independent auction, we can customize our services to your needs rapidly, and without red tape.
Consignment Sales
Consignment sales are held every Thursday at 8:30am. Approximately 1,500 vehicles are featured each week in 9 lanes. We offer 3 lanes of Fleet/Lease consignors, 3 lanes of new car dealer groups, a lane dedicated to used car dealer groups, a lane dedicated to 2000 year model cars and newer, and a lane dedicated to 1999 and older units. The day kicks off at 8:30am weekly with GMAC running 150+ units in B Lane, and every other week features Ford Motor Credit running 100+ units in A Lane. We also feature a lineup of National and local consignors second-to-none! A special Highline and Import sale runs the first Thursday of every month and a GMAC Commercial Truck sale is offered monthly.
Every vehicle can be previewed online through AuctionPipeline under the individual sale date, any many are available online via Buy It Now, Offers or OnLine Ringman. Lists on the Pipeline are periodically updated with pictures and condition reports as available.
